Scenario Testing report
Scenario development to inform planning policy preparation is increasingly
regarded as good planning practice. This report outlines the range of
demographic and economic circumstances to 2026 in which the Further Alterations
to the London Plan might realistically be expected to operate. The report
also takes into account possible variations in the other key drivers
of change affecting the plan, including climate change, life styles and
values, the impact of new technology and social justice as well as transport
provision necessary to accommodate these changes.
