5 Scrutiny of the Mayor's Planning Decisions

Report of the Executive Director of Secretariat

The following witnesses have been invited to attend the meeting in order to answer questions and provide evidence to the Committee:

Recommendation: That the Committee put questions to the witnesses in relation to their investigation into the Mayor's planning decisions.

London Borough of Camden - Unitary Development Plan Chapter 13 'Planning for the future of King's Cross' First Review - Mayor's proposed representations

Report of the Executive Director of Policy & Partnerships.

The attached report presents the Mayor's proposed response to the London Borough of Camden for scrutiny by the Committee.

Recommendation: That the committee considers and comments on the Mayor's proposed representations to chapter 13 of Camden's UDP. Officers will then report these to the Mayor.
