Gifts and hospitality register

Since 12 September 2007, when the Authority adopted a new Code of Conduct, any Member of the Authority or the Mayor must register with the Monitoring Officer any gift or hospitality worth £25 or over that he or she receives in connection with their official duties.

It's possible to filter the register to meet your needs:

To view the gift/hospitality declarations for a specific Assembly Member, simply choose the desired Assembly Member from the "Filter By" drop down list.

The register results can also be filtered/searched by the "Donor / Providor of gift / hospitality" field. Simply enter the text string you'd like to search for in the "Gift Provider Search" text box and click the "Go" button.

The results can be sorted alphabetically by the "Name" field. To do this, click on the column title "Name". To reverse this sorting (i.e. to go from Z-A to A-Z or vice versa) click the column title "Name" again.

To display a certain number of results per page, choose your selection from the "Display" drop down list and click the "Go" button. The default number of results per page is 15. Navigating the results is achieved via the "Previous" and "Next" hyperlinks located at the bottom-right of the page.
