Meetings of the London Assembly and Assembly Committees
All Assembly meetings are open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. Agendas are made available via links on this page a few days before meetings.
Unless stated otherwise, meetings start at 10am and take place in City Hall, The Queen's Walk, London SE1 2AA (see location map page).
For minutes of previous meetings see the home pages for individual committees (accessed via List of committees).
For meetings agendas organised by date, see the meetings archive page.
At its annual meeting on 6 May 2009 the Assembly established for the year 2009/10 its committee structure, memberships and terms of reference. These are listed in the document below, which is updated if the Assembly subsequently agrees changes:
This information is also available via the home pages for individual committees (accessed via List of committees).
Each committee has a co-ordinator who may be contacted for further information about the committee. The Committee co-ordinators page lists their names, email addresses and telephone numbers.
Minutes and other papers are available for downloading in two formats, Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) and Rich Text Format (RTF). The site help page gives further information about these formats, and the access.adobe.com website provides tools and information to help make Adobe PDF files accessible to users with visual disabilities.
The London Assembly holds the Mayor to account and investigates issues that matter to Londoners.
